Fitness and tech - seemingly two of the most male-dominated industries out there. But at Freeletics, that’s definitely not the case. Here, around 50% of employees are female and these badass women are spread across multiple departments and disciplines, from product management to HR and from design to performance marketing. We don’t believe in roles for women and roles for men, we believe in roles for the best people for the job. Not content with kicking ass in the workplace, many of the Freeletics women are also dedicated Free Athletes, training day in, day out to become their greatest version.
