As the seasons shift, it’s the perfect time to mix things up and boost your motivation with our Autumn Consistency Challenge. This challenge is all about establishing a habit of daily movement and sticking to your goals. Bonus: along with those juicy feel-good endorphins you’ll get from moving your body, Garmin Health is sweetening the deal with a chance to win a Garmin Forerunner 265 touchscreen running smartwatch or the Garmin HRM-Dual heart rate monitor. Win-win!

Consistency is everything

Why should you take part? By committing to daily movement, you're forming the foundation to build future habits and that's what the long-term fitness game is all about. The best part about this challenge is that any 17-minute activity counts: a Coach session, a run, a workout you create, or even activities like a bike ride, swim, yoga session, or even a dance sesh in your living room. It’s an opportunity to discover how you like to move your body while simultaneously working towards your goals.

How to take part:

  • Make sure you have a Coach subscription by Monday, October 7, 2024.

  • Ensure you’ve enabled your external data integration to the Freeletics App (i.e. Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or Strava).

  • Go to the Challenges section of the Community tab, look for the featured Autumn Consistency Challenge, and tap “Join Challenge”.

  • On Monday, October 7, 2024, join Free Athletes worldwide by completing any workout that is tracked in the Freeletics App for at least 17 minutes a day, for 21 days within the challenge period of 14th October - 14th November 2024 to be eligible and automatically entered to win prizes.

What are the prizes?
