That’s right, we’re unleashing an 12-day challenge this year featuring our favorite iconic exercise - the Burpee. But hold up, before we get into the deets of the challenge, make sure you check out this Blog article for the lowdown on mastering this powerful full-body exercise.

Here’s how to participate:
- Our Burpee showdown starts on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 and runs until Sunday, May 26, 2024, 23:59 CET.
- Join in and crush 200 Burpees by next Sunday to be eligible to win prizes.
- The challenge closes at 23:59 CET on Sunday, May 26. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
- Challenge winners will be randomly selected by Freeletics from all eligible participants.
What are the workouts?
All. The. Burpees. We’ve kept it classic Freeletics for this birthday with roughly 20 Burpees per day for 12 days or 200 in total (and yes, we’ve even built in 1 rest day if you need it!).
