Directions | 1. Cut fish and avocado into small pieces, approx. 1 cm (½ inch) long. Halve onion and cut into rings. Finely chop chili pepper. 2. Mix fish, avocado, onions, and chili pepper and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze limes, pour over the mix, and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and let chill in the fridge for one hour. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and serve topped with chopped cilantro. |
