Meet Adem from Munich. Doesn’t strike you as the kind of guy who, for most of his life was unhappy with his physique right? But in actual fact, before Freeletics, he was. First he thought he was too skinny. Then, too fat. Regardless of what other people said, Adem did not like what he saw when he looked in the mirror. Now, he could not be further away from his old, dissatisfied self. Adem achieved the body, strength and confidence of an athlete. And this is how he did it:
My reason for starting is simple: I felt fat. I was uncomfortable with my body and no matter how often I went to the gym, I could not achieve the results I wanted. It was when this unhappiness affected other areas of my life, that I knew I had to do something about it. One day a friend of mine introduced me to Levent’s transformation video and I decided to give Freeletics a try.
It was tough. From beginning to end. Burpees almost killed me at the start. Especially when I had to do so many of them. But no matter how close I came to giving up, I never did. The turning point happened after week 6, when I started to see real changes and my abs became visible. From this moment on it got better. Not easier, but more enjoyable because results were there and I was getting faster every time. But the biggest highlight was definitely my first muscle up. I’ll never forget that moment.
During those weeks, I trained 4 times a week and stuck to a low carb nutrition with a lot of chicken and vegetables. No supplements though. For me a healthy nutrition and training is enough to gain muscle. And I still try to keep up this routine. Right now it’s winter, but that doesn’t stop me from training. My goal is to workout no matter how cold it is – something I developed from Freeletics. No Excuses right?!
Unfortunately I can’t tell you that it’s easy, or give you a magic trick to get fit fast. But what I can tell you is this: it’s worth the struggle. No matter how impossible it seems at the beginning, believe me it is possible. Even if you don’t see any results in the first month, don’t give up. Keep going and it will happen.
Would I do it again? Hell yeah!
Adem’s story is just one of many. Someone who was in the same situation as you are now. Unhappy with their appearance and life in general. But he took control. Made the decision and took action. Now look at him. He has achieved exactly what he set out to and more. Don’t you think it’s time you did, too? No more excuses. You can take control. But first you must make a promise to yourself that no matter how hard it may be, you will not give up until you have reached your goal. Ready? Hit start and let’s go.
